These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and communication services of Valdor Design and Build LLC, doing business as Valdor Design & Build ("Valdor," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, submitting a form, calling or texting us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Valdor Design & Build is a design-build firm providing kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, countertop and custom-space remodeling services to residential clients in Northern Virginia, including Arlington, McLean, Great Falls, Vienna, Fairfax, Falls Church, Alexandria and Loudoun County. We are licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Design consultations are complimentary and carry no obligation. Any budget ranges, timelines, renderings or preliminary figures discussed during a consultation are estimates for planning purposes only and are not binding offers.
All construction work is governed exclusively by a separate written contract signed by both parties, which sets out scope, materials, price, schedule, payment terms and warranty. Nothing on this website or in any message forms part of that contract or modifies it.
By opting in to the Valdor Design & Build messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include consultation confirmations and reminders, scheduling and site-visit coordination, estimate and proposal follow-up, project status updates, and — if you have given separate marketing consent — occasional promotional messages about our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valdor Design & Build from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
