Full Scope

Everything the room needs, under one contract.

A Valdor kitchen isn't a cabinet swap. It's the room redesigned around how your family cooks, gathers and lives — and every trade it takes to get there is our own.

See the 7-Step Process
  • Custom & semi-custom cabinetry — inset, shaker or slab, in paint-grade, stained or exotic woods
  • Countertops & stone — quartz, quartzite and porcelain, tagged at the yard and templated to the veining
  • Islands & backsplashes — waterfall edges, book-matched slabs, full-height stone
  • Layout & structural — wall removal, beams, engineering, permits and inspections
  • Lighting & electrical — layered recessed, pendants, under-cabinet, panel work
  • Plumbing & appliances — gas, pot fillers, panel-ready integration
The Range

Three ways in, one standard.

The Refresh

New countertops, backsplash and hardware on cabinetry worth keeping — the stone does the talking. Typically $25–45k.

The Full Remodel

New cabinetry, stone, lighting and finishes in the existing footprint. Our most common commission. Typically $60–100k.

The Reinvention

Walls move, the layout is redrawn, and the kitchen becomes the room the house revolves around. Typically $100–200k+.

Ranges reflect typical Northern Virginia projects. Your exact number arrives as a fixed proposal before demo — see the full cost guide.

Kitchen Questions

Before you ask —

How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Northern Virginia?

Typical NoVA projects: $25–45k for a refresh, $60–100k for a full remodel, $100–200k+ for custom and luxury work. What moves the number most: layout changes, cabinetry tier and stone selection. Your exact figure comes as a fixed proposal before demo — read the full cost guide.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Most full kitchens run 6–10 weeks on site, after a 3–5 week design and ordering phase. Here's the week-by-week timeline.

Can you change the layout or remove walls?

Yes — layout reconfiguration, wall removal and structural work are core design-build scope. Engineering, permits and inspections are handled in-house.

Do you only do full renovations?

Full renovations are our core work, but we also take on countertop and backsplash transformations where the stone is the star. If the scope isn't a fit, we'll tell you at the consult.
